We are a six-year-old global software development, consulting, and services company. In some areas of the site, we request your contact and profile information to market, support, update, and communicate with you about our products and services - in the most efficient manner possible.

With respect to your personal information, our policy is unambiguous; We will not sell, rent, trade, or give your information away to any third-party. Period. #ifdef Software was founded on trust and respect for our customers. If you entrust your personal information to us, that trust must be involitile.

We may request your contact, profile, and system information so that we can route your request to the appropriate team more efficiently. We track service and support communications so that we can provide you with the highest levels of service. We will protect and manage your information the same way we protect and manage our own company's property and information.

In several areas of our site, browser "cookies" are used to help ensure your information security. Our site stores a single 56-digit alpha-numeric string to your computer -- which is completely meaningless to anyone attempting to "steal" your browser's cookies; it is useless without your password. This string, in conjunction with your password (that only you should know), allows our site to ensure that you -- and only you -- can access protected areas of the site which may contain your profile information.

We also email new product information, tips and tricks, training class schedules, a monthly newsletter, and other related information to our current customers. We realize that not all of the information we send to you may be relevant to you at a given moment. However, we go to great lengths to make sure that when we send information, it is appropriate for the vast majority of you, our customers. At any time, you may request removal of your email address and any other information from our database - we honor every request and update our database as soon as you request to be removed.
