Legacy Product Support News

To our customers:
Over the past several weeks, we have had many questions about how #ifdef Software's
legacy products will be supported in the transition to new corporate ownership.
While we are unable to continue support of retail products, please note that it
continues to be our intent to support the 'enterprise' variants of all products
until each individual customer's maintenance agreement expires. As a result,
please note the following:
NTcrond 3.x Batch Scheduling System (enterprise)
The NTcrond 3.x Batch Scheduling System will continue to be developed and supported
for enterprise licensees only. Support extensions will be offered to enterprise customers
as the individual terms of the license expire. Where custom development has resulted in
a product 'branch', extended development terms will be negotiated as the individual
contract terms become due.
ISTradeManager / ISTradeRoute (enterprise)
It is our intent to terminate the ISTradeManager and ISTradeRoute services in late
2005. However, we are currently in negotiations with a 3rd party who wishes to purchase
the entire ISTrade* portfolio. Should that sale become a reality, we will commit to
working with the new owners as well as our existing customers to ensure a smooth
transition. We will provide further details as they become available.
ISNodeIntegrator (enterprise)
Although the ISNodeIntegrator product will ultimately be folded into Mahan Corp service
offerings, support of the product will continue as it exists today. As this product is
rolled into the Mahan Corp portfolio, we will provide further details.
